Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Used Items
Used, worn, or washed clothes are NOT returnable or refundable.
No cash back or exchange for used items.
Items PKR 500 or Less
Products worth PKR 500 or below are NOT exchangeable Or Refund.
Refunds are processed after item inspection.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds may be issued via bank transfer or store credit.
Exchanges
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
If the item is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Report damaged or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
Photo or video proof may be required.
Important
Requests after 7 days will not be accepted.
